A-Gym
Through a program parallel to the work plan of physical education teachers, in service in the Tempo Livre, dance and fitness activities are promoted in different locations in the municipality of Guimarães by promoting the Gymnastics for Adults projects called A-Gym.
This program aims to promote healthy lifestyle habits through sports in different populations and locations in Guimarães where, for various reasons, there are more difficulties in accessing services of this nature on a regular basis. A social fee is associated with this service. At the moment, the A-Gym program is promoted at the Inatel Pavilion – Almor Vaz, and in spaces suggested by the indicated parish councils.
