T-Gym is a workplace gym project launched as a way to combat the harmful effects caused by mechanized motor tasks and postural defects, the effects of which on health are well known and identified.
This program covers companies with different types and work dynamics and has proven to be a success, with the participation of eight local companies, covering more than 200 workers, belonging to various sectors.

We aim to encourage sports practice in the Municipality of Guimarães, privileging equal opportunities for access to non-competitive sports, developing projects for socio-sports animation and occupation of free time and leisure.
