walking football
A Tempo Livre launched the challenge to clubs in Guimarães, which participate in national football competitions, to dynamize a section of Walking Football (football by step) aimed at people over 55 years old, providing yet another service to their members and supporters and fulfilling a little of what its social function is.
So, from October, the Tempo Livre, in partnership with the clubs, will dynamize a project whose primary purpose is to encourage physical activity, combat sedentary lifestyles and isolation, in a fringe of the population that in this troubled period we live in, deserves the utmost care and attention.

We aim to encourage sports practice in the Municipality of Guimarães, privileging equal opportunities for access to non-competitive sports, developing projects for socio-sports animation and occupation of free time and leisure.
